Growing up in Roseau, Dominica, Clem Harrigan fell in love with Rock and Hip-Hop. He then helped start the first Hip-Hop group in Dominica with his friends. Fast forward to 2010, Clem now leads his own Rock group in New York City and runs a successful recording studio.
