LIME Dominica has been staging CITP at the Botanical gardens in Roseau for the past 9 years. On the verge of the 10th anniversary which promises to be a real extravaganza, NMZ thought it fitting to sit down with the organizers and reflect on the journey thus far, while at the same time indulging in this years festivities.
